Merchandiser

Job Description:

• Communicate with buyers to understand their requirements and ensure clear, timely coordination throughout the order process.

• Follow up on all pre-production activities through production and shipment to ensure orders are completed according to the agreed timeline.

• Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, PPIC, Quality, and related teams, to ensure smooth order execution.

• Monitor order progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong relationships with buyers to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any major. Candidates from Textile Engineering, Garment Production, Fashion Design, or related fields will have an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the garment manufacturing industry will have an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
