Merchandiser

About the role

PT Cut Make Trim is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to coordinate garment production, monitor production timelines, maintain product quality, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient garment manufacturing and on-time delivery.

• Monitor and manage production schedules to meet client requirements and delivery deadlines.

• Conduct regular product quality checks and promptly address any quality concerns.

• Communicate with clients professionally, providing production updates and responding to inquiries.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders progress smoothly from production to delivery.

About you

• Proven experience as a Garment Merchandiser, with a good understanding of garment production processes.

• Strong interest in fashion and a solid understanding of the garment industry.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English for effective client communication.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as email communication.

• Familiarity with Shopify is an advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
