Medical Clinical Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, high-quality, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with clinical standards and operational protocols

• Manage patient registration, appointment coordination, and administrative support with excellent service orientation

• Perform comprehensive vital signs assessment and patient screening accurately prior to doctor consultation

• Prepare, maintain, and ensure cleanliness and readiness of consultation rooms, treatment areas, and medical equipment

• Administer intravenous (IV) therapy, injections, and other basic nursing procedures competently and safely

• Assist physicians during medical examinations, minor procedures, and clinical treatments

• Conduct home visit services professionally while maintaining patient comfort, privacy, and safety standards

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of medical records, treatment procedures, and nursing activities

• Ensure implementation of infection prevention, sterilization, and patient safety protocols at all times

• Monitor medical supplies and coordinate inventory needs to support uninterrupted clinic operations

• Provide clear patient education regarding treatments, medications, preventive care, and follow-up instructions

• Collaborate effectively with doctors, pharmacists, and clinic teams to deliver seamless healthcare services

• Uphold professionalism, hospitality, discipline, and excellent communication in every patient interaction

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain premium service quality and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Active nursing license / STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)

• Skilled in IV insertion and basic nursing procedures

• Experience in clinics, primary healthcare, or hospitals is preferred

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient service skills

• Professional attitude and behavior

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and able to work under pressure

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a healthcare team

• Willing to perform home visit services when required

• Familiar with digital medical records and basic computer systems
