Mechanic Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of forklifts, especially electric reach trucks and forklift units.

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Handle preventive maintenance schedules and maintain service records.

• Assist with mechanical equipment maintenance and support ongoing technical operations.

• Interpret technical manuals, explanations, and instructions related to mechanical systems.

• Continuously improve technical knowledge of mechanical equipment used in daily operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• Open to fresh graduates; candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.

• Able to speak and understand English.

• Must possess a valid Heavy Equipment Mechanic Competency Certificate (Sertifikat Kompetensi Mekanik Alat Berat).

• Must possess a valid SIM A (Indonesian Class A Driving License).

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Familiarity with electric forklifts and reach trucks is highly preferred.

• Able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
