Marketing Supervisor - Freight Forwarding

Job Description

1. Develop new customers and business opportunities in freight forwarding, logistics, and shipping while maintaining relationships with cargo owners, shippers, consignees, shipowners, traders, and logistics companies.

2. Conduct regular customer visits to identify potential cargo and transportation requirements.

3. Provide sea and land transportation solutions based on customer needs, utilizing Chun An’s resources and transportation capabilities.

4. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on business opportunities.

5. Monitor sales pipelines, customer development, and business conversion.

6. Conduct market research on freight rates, transportation routes, competitors, and industry trends.

7. Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or related business development.

2. Strong customer development and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer networks.

3. Good understanding of cargo transportation and sea and land logistics solutions.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

5. Familiarity with freight rates, transportation routes, competitors, and market trends.

6. Ability to identify business opportunities, convert leads into customers, and achieve sales targets.

7. Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
