Marketing Supervisor (Datra Sport)

Key responsibilities

• Understand Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target partnerships in data form

• Ensure all online platforms and channels (website, catalog, WhatsApp) run with high performance and convert visitors into qualified leads

• Create and execute marketing concepts and campaigns (online and offline) that support sales and build brand reputation

• Collaborate with designers to create graphics, photos, videos and copy

• Work with third parties to ensure SEO and GEO performance according to campaign concepts

• Provide support for events and design and execute product launch and event marketing campaigns

• Manage campaign budgets and report cost per qualified lead (CPL) monthly

• Receive and respond to all inbound calls, chats and emails professionally

• Qualify inbound leads (city, target date, SKU/bundle, budget range) and record completely in CRM before handover

• Conduct outbound lead generation by contacting target ICP via email, chat and phone call to introduce products, services and solutions

Qualification

• 1–5 years of work experience in digital marketing and events management

• Bachelor's degree (S1/S2/S3) in Communication, Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum GPA 3.00

• Fluent in social media and e-commerce

• Proven work experience as Marketing and/or Sales Account Executive

• Expert in lead discovery techniques through phone calls, email and business networks

• Track record or achievement of sales value at previous company

• Experience using CRM Tools and Sales Tools

• Strong communication and copywriting skills

• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
