Inviting potential candidates for  following  position : 

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Tracking: Generating daily sales reports, building client quotations, updating monthly price lists, and maintaining historical sales monitoring data.

• Invoicing & Financial Closings: Processing standard invoices, handling specialized local speaker unit invoicing, data entry in the ERP system, and performing regular financial and ERP closing routines.

• Logistics & Shipment Planning (RPP): Coordinating delivery planning (RPP) and shipment departures specifically for major accounts, including LGEIN, HONORIS, and KAWAI.

• HR Attendance & Admin Support: Managing daily attendance and briefing logs, scheduling overtime plans, coordinating payment requests (e.g., forklift rentals), and handling office supply (ATK) procurement.

Requirements:

• Education Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor Degree ( S1 )

• At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Staff

• Computer Ms. Office is a Must

• Preferable English Language ( English Language is a Must )

• Good Performance and Communication

• Honest,Willing to work under pressure & tight time work
