Marketing Staff

About the role

Staff Marketing position supporting business development and customer relationships in the manufacturing industry, particularly electronics. The role involves identifying and developing new customer opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and coordinating across internal departments to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and develop new customer opportunities
• Maintain relationships and communication with existing customers
• Follow up on customer needs, quotations, orders, projects and complaints
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and related departments to meet customer needs
• Monitor project progress and customer requirements
• Create reports on activities and customer progress
• Support business development in the electronics manufacturing sector

About you

• Minimum S1 education, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in B2B Marketing/Sales, particularly in manufacturing industry
• Understanding of electronics/manufacturing industry and experience working with manufacturing companies
• Understanding of customer handling processes, quotation, negotiation, order follow-up, and internal company coordination
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• English and Mandarin language skills preferred
• Active driving license (SIM A) and able to drive a car for work purposes
