Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to grow the presence of two exciting brands: SAGA Restaurant & Bar Bali and Viking Sunset Studios. From promoting beachfront dining and lifestyle experiences to showcasing world-class film production facilities, you will develop engaging marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for both brands across digital and offline channels.

• Manage social media platforms, content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement.

• Create compelling content, including promotional copy, photos, videos, reels, and campaign materials.

• Promote SAGA's dining experiences, sunset events, special offers, and private functions.

• Market Viking Sunset Studios to filmmakers, production companies, agencies, brands, and international clients.

• Coordinate promotional campaigns, partnerships, influencer collaborations, events, and networking activities.

• Support website updates, digital advertising, SEO, and other online marketing initiatives.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with management, operations, creative teams, and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, or brand management.

• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Canva and social media management tools; video editing skills are a plus.

• Creative thinking, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, tourism, entertainment, film, or creative industries is an advantage.

• A proactive attitude with a strong interest in storytelling, branding, and business development.
