Marketing Intern

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join the marketing team at Sejahtera Kencana Nusantara. This is a contract position based in Surabaya, East Java. As a Marketing Intern, you will support our direct marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives, gaining valuable hands-on experience in modern marketing practices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your marketing skills whilst contributing to the company's customer engagement and retention strategies. You will work closely with our marketing professionals to execute campaigns, manage customer data, and support the development of our marketing communications across multiple channels.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the planning, development and execution of direct marketing campaigns across email, social media and digital channels

• Support the management and maintenance of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy and campaign development

• Help create and edit marketing content, including copy, graphics and multimedia materials for various marketing channels

• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates and conversion data

• Assist in customer segmentation and targeting activities to ensure marketing messages reach the right audience

• Support the organisation and execution of marketing events, promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives
