About the role

Sales position for medical devices and healthcare equipment, involving direct engagement with hospitals and healthcare facilities to drive sales growth and build customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the company

• Conduct routine visits to hospitals and other healthcare facilities

• Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients

• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and product education to users

• Prepare price quotations and negotiate until sales completion

• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure project smooth execution

• Monitor delivery processes, installation, and handover of goods

• Gather market information, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Prepare periodic sales activity reports

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education from any field (Pharmacy, Pharmacist, or other health-related background is an advantage)

• Experience in Sales/Marketing of medical devices or related fields is an advantage; open to fresh graduates

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Sales target-oriented and able to work under pressure

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Willing to travel outside the city for official duties

• Valid driving license (SIM A and/or SIM C)
