About the role

PT. LING WEI GONG CHENG JIANZHU MAOYI is a leading construction company seeking a talented candidate to join our team as Marketing E-Commerce. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms (such as Tokopedia, Shopee, or Lazada), including managing features like vouchers and flash sales
• Manage budgets and run paid advertisements such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), or internal e-commerce ads to reach a wider target market
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing performance to provide actionable insights and improve strategy
• Collaborate with sales teams and other teams to design and implement marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Generate engaging marketing content, including text, graphics, and video, to support advertising campaigns and other initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments based on performance measurements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or other relevant field
• 1-3 years of work experience in handling digital marketing or e-commerce operations
• Ability to optimize product pages for search engine visibility
• Expertise in reading sales metrics, visitor behavior, and measuring Return on Investment (ROI) from marketing strategies
• Proficiency in using dashboards and marketing features on marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.)
• Ability to quickly adapt to algorithm changes, market trends, or customer complaints
• Ability to balance multiple promotional projects simultaneously
• Ability to present unique visual content or promotional ideas to stand out among competitors
