About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing professional to join our team in Tangerang, Banten on a full-time basis. As a Marketing professional at PT. Vecta Industrial Supply Chain, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This position is strategic in nature, supporting our overall business objectives and market positioning within the industrial supply chain sector.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

• Create compelling marketing content including copy, visuals, and multimedia materials

• Manage social media platforms and oversee online community engagement

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives

• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs

• Support the organisation of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation

• Develop and maintain marketing materials and brand guidelines

• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the industrial or B2B sector

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management and email marketing software

• Experience with marketing analytics and data interpretation

• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions

• Excellent project management and organisational skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Knowledge of content management systems and basic graphic design skills is advantageous

• Experience with SEO, SEM, or other digital marketing channels is preferred
