Mandarin Speaker Supply Chain Manager (Trading, C-133653)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Tangerang.

• Our client is an Multinational Trading Company. Currently, they are looking for Mandarin Speaker Supply Chain Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Search for and identify suitable vendors and manufacturers for packaging products

• Request and compare quotations to evaluate pricing, product quality, and lead times

• Coordinate with vendors to request, track, and follow up on product samples

• Work closely with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and product specifications

• Liaise with the China Operations Team on vendor inquiries, product specifications, quotations, and sample arrangements

• Follow up on sourcing progress and ensure timely communication between vendors and internal teams

• Maintain updated records of vendors, quotations, samples, and product specifications

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers

• Report quality performance, improvement progress, and key issues to management and stakeholders

• Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• High Conversational Mandarin and Conversational English proficiency (ability to communicate effectively with expats)

• Minimum 7 years of experience as Procurement Management in Trading and Manufacturing company in the Packaging/Garment industry

• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
