Mandarin Speaker - Import Customer Service

About the role

Provide customer service and communicate with customers regarding import and export procedures. Handle import and export documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with relevant regulations, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, PEB, PIB, and other required documents. Coordinate with internal teams, customs authorities, shipping lines, and other relevant parties to resolve import-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and communicate with customers regarding import and export procedures

• Handle import and export documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with relevant regulations, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, PEB, PIB, and other required documents

• Coordinate with internal teams, customs authorities, shipping lines, and other relevant parties to resolve import-related issues

• Provide customers with clear information and appropriate solutions regarding import products and services

• Build and maintain good customer relationships, and handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

• Monitor shipment status and provide updates and reports to customers and management

About you

• Diploma (D3) or above

• Familiar with Indonesian import procedures and relevant import regulations/policies

• Mandarin proficiency is a MUST, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Candidates must be able to use Mandarin as a working language

• Willing to work in Jakarta, Kelapa Gading
