Maintenance Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Increase Productivity and keep all equipment well maintained

2. Handling for management maintenance and technician

3. Responsible for the preparation and oversight of the implementation of the department's annual work plan.

4. Determine technical system development requirements and establish/improve the production/technical management system.

5. Review sales orders and contracts, and prepare and approve technical process documents.

6. Responsible for new product R&D and technical schematic design.

7. Lead department team development and daily personnel operational management.

8. Able to operate hydraulic equipment and possess a valid safety certification

9. Planning,controlling and actuating preventive maintenance activity and inventory of critical part.

10. Make budgeting annually for maintenance division.

QUALIFICATION :

1. Having fluent in mandarin speaker and english this is mandatory for communication

2. Bachelor degree / Master degree of mechatronic or electrical engineering

3. Having experience in engineering and maintenance minimal 3 year

4. Having skill and knowledged in automation/SCADA/HMI,Hydraulic/Pneumatic system

5. Having experience in forging/metal forming/heavy machinery/PLC/HMI trouble shooting

6. Having good leadership and good communication with superior or sub-ordinate

7. Good in public speaking,analytycal problem solving and contiunous improvment
