About the role

Maintenance role in a factory, manufacturing, or warehouse environment involving care and repair of production machinery, work equipment, and building and warehouse facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of production machinery, work equipment, and building and warehouse facilities

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical installations and mechanical equipment

• Handle troubleshooting and repair when damage or operational disruption occurs

About you

• Minimum SMK education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field

• Minimum 1 year experience as Maintenance in factory, manufacturing, or warehouse environment

• Understanding of basic electrical, mechanical, and industrial machine system principles

• Able to perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on machinery and work equipment

• Troubleshooting capability to identify causes of machine or equipment damage

• Understanding of technical tools and measuring instruments appropriate to work needs

• Able to perform inspection and maintenance of electrical installations, electric motors, pumps, compressors, and gensets

• Disciplined, thorough, responsible attitude, and able to work independently and in teams

• Willing to work according to company operational needs

• Experience handling machines and equipment in factory or warehouse environment

• Understanding of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems

• Understanding of maintenance for compressors, gensets, pumps, and electric motors
