Madya Interior Designer

Qualifications & Education:

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field

· Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail

· Good time management, organization, and ability to meet deadlines

· Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work as part of a team

· Basic communication skills — able to explain ideas clearly

· Accuracy in measurements, calculations, and documentation

· Approximately 5-8 years’ experience of working

· Experienced in handling Hotel Projects/High rise building

· Proactive and conscientious

· Ability to work independently, proactively and responsibly while being a team player

· Have knowledge for details in Fix and Lose furniture

Skills & Software:

· Proficient in AutoCAD / ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / Blender, Revit

· Good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel for schedules and reports

· Basic understanding of construction, materials, lighting, color theory, and furniture styles

· Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
