Job Overview:

The Principal Production Engineer is responsible for interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions for production optimization, cost reduction, and problem-solving
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, foster their professional growth and knowledge development
• Lead design reviews, technical investigations, and engineering studies to support project objectives
• Conduct detailed engineering analysis to optimize production processes, equipment, and facilities, and consider efficiency, safety, and environmental impact
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and procedures in line with project requirements and resource constraints
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for increased productivity, reduced waste, and enhanced quality
• Monitor production performance, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective measures to ensure targets are met or exceeded
• Collaborate with project management teams to develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and deliverables

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering)
• Proven experience in the EPCI industry or a similar engineering field
• Expertise in production engineering and optimization techniques
