Loss Adjuster Mechanical, Heavy Equipment Engineering

Role Summary:

Investigate mechanical/heavy-equipment incidents across Indonesia, site surveys, evaluate claims, and make the reports

Key responsibilities

1. Conduct on-site surveys across Indonesia

2. Prepare comprehensive reports documenting findings, photographic evidence, and calculate loss adjustment

3. Analysing the mechanisms of mechanical failure and distinguishing between insurable and non-insurable losses

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Engineering

2. At least 3 years of professional experience in mechanical, heavy equipment engineering, equipment inspection, or loss adjusting

3. Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment and type of machine/unit products

4. Have the ability to investigate complex mechanical failures

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English

6. Professional certifications in loss adjusting or mechanical engineering are highly desirable

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously

8. Willing to travel throughout Indonesia

9. Office in Cipondoh, Tangerang
