Logistics Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance & Audits: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with NPPBKC requirements. Lead and support data preparation for Customs audits or compliance audits. Maintain proper documentation for import & local movement of BKC or non-BKC units.

Inventory Control & Traceability: Manage daily stock accuracy. Perform cycle count & monthly stock opname. Ensure strict traceability (Batch / production date / SKU) and execute FEFO for excise units. Control discrepancy investigation & reporting.

Inbound & Outbound Handling: Coordinate import / local receiving. Ensure GR accuracy vs customs docs (CIPL). Control outbound release with proper documentation and approval.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain real-time stock reports. Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly stock reports and aging/slow-moving stock analysis.

Cross-Function Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with Finance, Tax, and Exim (Export-Import) to ensure alignment between Warehouse, Finance (tax/excise), and Customs data. Liaise with external warehouses and transporters.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Warehouse / Inventory Control. Experience in the Vape, Tobacco, or BKC industry is highly preferred.

Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for cross-border communication, business reporting, and audits.

Core Skills: Proficient in stocktaking, cycle counting, FEFO, and traceability. Direct experience handling Customs audits or compliance audits.

Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are strictly mandatory (Proficient in Pivot, Xlookup, and Dashboard).

Soft Skills: Highly detail-oriented with an audit-ready, compliance-critical mindset. Excellent coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
