About The Company:

• The working venue is in North Jakarta.

• Our client is a Trading Company. Currently, they are looking for Logistics Staff Mandarin Speaker.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor import-export logistics processes, from Purchase Order (PO), shipment, and customs clearance through to delivery and receipt at the Warehouse.

• Coordinate with Principals, particularly those based in China and Europe, regarding schedules, documentation, shipments, and logistics requirements.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, Customs authorities, surveyors, and other relevant parties throughout the import-export process.

• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of logistics and customs documentation, including LS, PIB, and other customs clearance documents.

• Coordinate with the Finance team regarding documentation and payments for freight forwarders, Customs authorities, surveyors, Principals, and other relevant parties.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse team regarding the receipt of goods following the customs clearance process.

• Monitor shipment status for both air and sea freight and ensure all processes are carried out according to schedule and applicable regulations.

• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Min. Conversational Mandarin Proficiency and High Conversational English proficiency (used to coordinating with foreign partners)

• Min. 2 years of experience as logistics staff, experienced in end-to-end shipment process (custom clearance, Incoterms, FCL/LCL) from any industry

• Own driver's license SIM A or C

• High integrity, comprehensive, easy to adapt, and able to work under minimum supervision
