Lifting Officer

Requirements:

Relevant certification for special/high-risk equipment such as cranes and forklifts is required. Testing and certification must be conducted by a technical inspection agency (LIT) appointed by the Ministry of Manpower or an occupational safety service company (PJK3).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare lifting plans and review lifting method statements.

2. Verify the competence and qualifications of lifting-team members, including crane operators, riggers, and designated signalers.

3. Brief the lifting team on the lifting plan, roles, and safety requirements.

4. Monitor lifting operations and ensure compliance with approved procedures and safety standards.
