We are looking for a proactive and responsible Legal Specialist to support our legal operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide legal guidance to help our business grow sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, agreements, contracts, and other corporate legal documents.

• Ensure the company complies with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the Food & Beverage industry.

• Handle business licensing, permits, and legal documentation for restaurant operations and new outlet openings.

• Provide legal advice and support to management and other departments on business operations and legal matters.

• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's business activities.

• Assist in handling legal disputes, employment-related legal matters, and other corporate legal issues.

• Coordinate with external legal consultants, government institutions, and relevant third parties when necessary.

• Maintain and organize the company's legal documents and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal role; experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of corporate law, business licensing, contract management, and employment regulations.

• Familiarity with Indonesian business regulations and relevant government licensing systems.

• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
