Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor Degree in Law

• Communicate professionally in English and Mandarin is a must

• Good attention to detail & strong analytical skills

• Strong understanding of licenses, permits, regulatory frameworks

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage and direct the company's daily legal functions, offering precise and timely advice that supports our business objectives.

• Ensure the company's commercial agreements are appropriately documented and protected.

• Continually monitor and promptly report on emerging legal issues, opportunities, and developmental areas.

• Stay updated with legal and regulatory changes, and recommend necessary amendments to company policies.

• Manage, maintain, and advise on all legal documentation and matters within the company.

• Accommodate company legalization issues with third parties.
