Legal & Litigation Audit Manager

About the role

Legal & Litigation Audit Manager responsible for conducting assessments of the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations, reviewing legal documentation, and identifying potential legal risks and compliance gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Review legal registers, corporate legal documents, policies and internal procedures

• Identify potential legal risks, compliance gaps, and control weaknesses

• Review and monitor business licenses, including validity, alignment with business activities, renewal status and supporting documentation

• Identify potential legal exposure arising from contractual arrangements and monitor compliance with contractual obligations

• Perform audit testing and gather sufficient supporting evidence

• Conduct root cause analysis and assess the potential impact of findings

• Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management

• Monitor the implementation and completion of agreed audit action plans

About you

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Supervisor/Manager in Legal Audit, Legal Compliance, Internal Audit, Litigation or Legal Risk

• Strong understanding of corporate legal matters and applicable regulations

• Experienced in reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation

• Experienced in risk assessment, audit testing, and audit documentation

• Detail oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple legal/audit matters simultaneously
