About the Role

Bali Collection is undergoing an exciting revamp from a conventional shopping area into a curated lifestyle and tourism destination in the heart of Nusa Dua.

We are looking for a Leasing Executive who is passionate about retail, lifestyle, tourism, and business development to help us build the right tenant mix and attract exciting local, national, and international brands.

You will play an important role in sourcing and securing tenants across lifestyle, F&B, wellness, fashion, experiences, and premium local brands, while driving occupancy and rental performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tenancy mix and zoning strategies aligned with Bali Collection's revamp direction.

• Source and build a strong pipeline of potential local, national, and international tenants.

• Proactively approach brands through networking, market visits, agents, referrals, and industry events.

• Prepare leasing proposals, conduct site tours and presentations, and manage the leasing process from enquiry to signed agreement.

• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, service charges, incentives, and revenue-sharing schemes.

• Develop opportunities for pop-up stores, brand activations, exhibitions, and casual leasing to optimize vacant spaces.

• Monitor market trends, visitor profiles, competitor destinations, and emerging lifestyle brands.

• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships and support the onboarding and opening process.

• Maintain leasing pipeline, CRM, rent roll, vacancy data, and prepare regular leasing reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in retail/mall leasing, preferably at Supervisor–Assistant Manager level.

• Experience in lifestyle centre, tourism destination, mixed-use property, or retail property in Bali is preferred.

• Proven track record in closing deals with lifestyle, F&B, and premium local brands.

• Strong network with Bali and Indonesian lifestyle, fashion, F&B, wellness, and experience brands.

• Good understanding of retail leasing, rental rates, service charge, revenue sharing, and lease terms.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Data-driven and target-oriented, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Balinese language is an advantage.

• Willing to be based in Bali with occasional travel to Jakarta.
