Deskripsi Pekerjaan Assist in facilitating onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles

Assist in facilitating training sessions, workshops, or seminars utilizing various instructional techniques and formats

Organize employee engagement activities, aimed at fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work environment

Develop initiatives to reinforce the company's culture, values, and sense of belonging among employees

Gather feedback from employees regarding Training, Cultural Programs, and Engagement Activities

REQUIREMENT

Final year student or Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or a related field

Ability and passionate to generate new ideas and strategies to strengthen the organizational culture

Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact across various levels and departments

Organizational experience in conducting events and learning programs would be a PLUSAvailable to do full-time internship for 6 (six) months
