Lead Product Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major with proven experience in product management.

• Strong knowledge of product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and product development.

• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a business and user-oriented mindset.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals.

• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through development, launch, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and other stakeholders to ensure effective product development.

• Identify user needs, market opportunities, and business requirements to develop impactful product solutions.

• Monitor product performance, manage risks and dependencies, and make data-driven product decisions.
