Lead Coach — New group trampoline studio

A new group trampoline studio is opening in Canggu in 2027. Classes last 45–50 minutes, with up to 15 students, each on their own trampoline, led by a coach on a microphone with high-energy music. We're looking for our Lead Coach: the person who teaches, builds our method and trains our coaching team of 3.

The job

• About 12 hours a week (about 50 hours a month): 9 to 10 classes, plus welcoming students and setting up before and after. This is the starting schedule: more classes can be added as they fill up.

• Classes shared equally between our 3 coaches, on a fixed weekly schedule, mornings and/or evenings.

• Classes taught in English.

Your missions

• Teach our 4 class formats: beginners, choreography, high-intensity and strength.

• Create our move library and choreographies by level and music theme.

• Build and run our internal Academy to train 2 coaches.

• Approve new choreographies and support the coaches' progress.

• Keep every class safe, clear and fun.

Required

• Candidates have full working rights for Indonesia

• D3 degree or higher.

• BNSP competency certificate for group class instructors.

• Proven experience teaching group classes.

• Fluent spoken English.

• Able to lead a group on a microphone, in time with the music.

• Fit enough to jump around 10 classes a week.

Nice to have

• Trampoline or rebound experience.

• Creating choreographies.

• Experience training other instructors.

• First aid certificate.

• Comfortable on camera for social media.

Pay

• IDR 90,000 per hour: about IDR 4.5 million a month.

• Attendance bonus: IDR 200,000 a month with no missed day.

• Full-class bonus: IDR 25,000 for every class with 12 or more students.

• Paid preparation hours before opening to adapt our method and train the coaches.

• Part-time employment contract with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and THR.

• International online trampoline instructor certification, paid by us (completed online on your own time, just 5h).

Start: early 2027, with a paid preparation phase before opening.
