Key Account Modern Trade

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned modern trade key accounts.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Develop joint business plans (JBP) with key customers.

• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and trading agreements.

• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and stock availability.

• Coordinate promotional activities and product launches.

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and planogram execution.

• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Prepare sales forecasts and demand planning with customers.

• Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, pricing, and product availability.

• Monitor account profitability and optimize trade investments.

• Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for management.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Modern Trade (for Executive level).

• Experience in Gadget , Mobile Phone , Electronics , or Retail industries is preferred.
