Key Account Executive

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for sales achievement in assigned accounts and areas

• Monitor sales achievement, sales representative activities, and service levels on Modern Trade and Apotek

• Conduct sales reviews with accounts and sales teams

• Coordinate with distributors

• Build relationships with key person outlet in product prescription

• Increase account revenue and identify new business opportunities following allocated budget structure

• Support KAM regarding controlling, planning, organizing, and executing modern trade activities, promotional programs in assigned accounts and areas

• Ensure program implementation runs according to plan

• Monitor and prepare analysis of marketing activities in Modern Trade and Apotek channel to develop modern trade business

About you

• Minimum S1 education from various disciplines (Marketing discipline preferred)

• Minimum 3 years experience in the same field in FMCG industry

• Experience handling Modern Trade and local pharmacy accounts

• Experienced in leading a sales team

• Understanding of trading terms

• Strong negotiation and account/market analysis capabilities

• Strong leadership capabilities

• Strong communication and presentation capabilities

• Possess A&C driving license

• Willing to travel outside the city and work 6 days per week
