About the role

Manage and supervise all teaching staff / instructors (Sensei) at the training institution. Manage, approach, and provide character development to all students/trainees in the dormitory. Compile and report all operational activities and development of the training institution periodically to the General Manager (GM). Ensure the teaching-learning process and student departure preparation run according to company quality standards and work qualifications in Japan.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all teaching staff / instructors (Sensei) at the training institution

• Manage and provide character development approach to all students/trainees in the dormitory

• Compile and report all operational activities and development of the training institution periodically to the General Manager (GM)

• Ensure the teaching-learning process and student departure preparation run according to company quality standards and work qualifications in Japan

About you

• Minimum JLPT N3 certificate (N2 certificate holders or those with work experience in Japan are encouraged to apply)

• Experience leading or managing a Training Institution (LPK) is an added value

• Strong managerial skills and leadership qualities

• Able to work effectively, both independently and in teams

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in mentoring teaching staff and dormitory students
