REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree is in Business, Management or Finance/Accounting, preferred

• Have Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax

• Have experience in managing and reporting daily financial transactions

• Handles confidential information appropriately

• Have experience in bookkeeping and accounting journal

• Experience in Accounting Program (SAP experience preferred)

• Work Location: North Jakarta (Kamal Muara)

JOB DESK

• Assist with the preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports

• Prepare tax documentation for the company

• Prepare a balance sheet report

• Enter financial data into the ERP system

• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement

• Create cost analysis reports

• Prepare Budget and Forecasting process

• Update financial records

• Prepare monthly financial statement and end of year

• Assist external auditor during an audit

• Maintain financial policies throughout the company

• Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Assist the Finance Manager in departmental financial management, including financing, internal control, accounting, tax planning, and handling internal and external relations

• Calculation of employee salary every month
