Junior Supply Chain Staff

Job Description:

1. Handle countries and operational work

2. Projection and detect any potential delivery delay

3. Tackle issues with customers and suppliers by arranging good communication

4. Create quotation and Cost Structure for COO

5. Monitor Export arrangement from part readiness, packing, stuffing, until arrive at destination port to match with Export shipping planning

6. Check Export invoice, packing list, Job Order, ESI and vanning layout

7. Monitor AR / AP Payment to avoid overdue payment

8. Participate in monthly stock-taking

Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any background

2. Excellent communication verbal and correspondences in English

3. Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-pace work demand

4. Good analytical and conceptual thinking

5. Ability to multi-task and manage various activities simultaneously

6. Proficient in Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Ms. Power Point

7. Fresh graduate or having 1 year working experience
