What Will You Do?

• Lead and supervise kitchen team during daily operations

• Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards

• Coordinate food preparation to support smooth service flow

• Monitor stock usage and support inventory control

• Assist Kitchen Manager / Kitchen Assistant Manager in daily kitchen operations

Who Are We Looking For?

• Experience as Kitchen Supervisor / Kitchen Leader for at least 1 year (preferred)

• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety

• Able to lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Disciplined, responsible, and team-oriented

• Able and willing to handles non-halal ingredients
