Junior Inventory & Asset Controller

Job Description

• Record and monitor inventory and asset movements, including receipts, issues, and internal transfers.

• Monitor stock levels to ensure inventory availability and accuracy.

• Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile results with system records.

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, and Production teams to maintain stock availability.

• Ensure proper asset tagging and identification.

• Provide administrative support for inventory and asset management activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in inventory, warehouse, or asset management is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory systems or ERP is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

• Good communication and coordination skills. (Fluent in english)

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
