About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Fullstack Developer to join our client's technology team in the pawnshop industry. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications, working across frontend and backend systems to deliver reliable and user-friendly solutions.

This role is ideal for developers who enjoy solving technical problems, building application features, and growing their software engineering skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve web applications across frontend and backend components.

• Build application features based on business and technical requirements.

• Integrate frontend interfaces with backend services and RESTful APIs.

• Work with relational databases and implement database operations.

• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve technical issues, and improve application performance.

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following development standards.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and technical discussions.

• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to deliver effective software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Approximately 1–2 years of software development experience; fresh graduates with relevant projects may also be considered.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development.

• Experience with React or another frontend framework is an advantage.

• Familiarity with PHP/Laravel, Golang, or another backend technology.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and SQL databases.

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
