What you'll be doing

• Create and send invoices and tax documents correctly and on time

• Check reimbursement requests, handle petty cash, and vendor payments

• Review data and calculate taxes to follow the tax rules properly

• Prepare and file tax returns and VAT reports in line with regulations

• Make journal entries and do account check to keep financial records accurate

• Help prepare proposals for new clients and update vendor info as needed

• Enter and update task assignments in the employee system

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with 1 year of experience

• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles, standards, and taxation regulations

• Proficient in the use of Accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Attention to detail and high accuracy in work

• Fluent in English both written and verbal
