Japanese Interpreter

Provide accurate interpretation services during meetings, training sessions, and daily operational communications between Japanese and Indonesian speakers

Interpret technical documentation, safety manuals, and standard operating procedures from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa

Proven experience working as an interpreter, particularly in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial settings

Facilitate effective communication during management meetings, performance reviews, and strategic business discussions

Preferred experience with Japanese business etiquette and manufacturing industry practices

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple interpretation requests simultaneously

Strong understanding of technical terminology related to manufacturing, automotive, or safety systems

JLPT N2 or equivalent Japanese language certification is advantageous

Support quality control and technical troubleshooting discussions between Japanese engineers and local teams

Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all interpreted communications

Provide cultural consultation to help bridge any misunderstandings or communication gaps

Fluent proficiency in both Japanese and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages

Demonstrated ability to remain impartial and maintain confidentiality in sensitive communications

Reliability and punctuality in meeting scheduled interpretation appointments

Analyzing the supplier issue, part level inspection and analysis skill

Managing Supplier Problem, Supplier Annual Audit, and Supplier Development

Preparing annual quality action plan activities

Managing supplier KPI and control defect achievement
