Key Responsibilites:

• Report directly to the Head of IT Production & Technology Enablement.
• Lead and execute the implementation of AI initiatives within BCA Digital.
• Propose and drive AI-based innovations to enhance the Bank’s competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain AI tools and platforms that are accessible for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Design and implement AI-powered Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to support business operations.
• Promote AI adoption through internal training, knowledge sharing, and socialization programs.
• Build strong collaboration and communication across teams, business units, and external partners to ensure effective synergy.
• Ensure compliance with risk management practices, IT governance, and applicable policies and regulations.
• Support audit processes by providing timely responses and following up on audit findings.
• Consistently apply IT culture values in daily work to contribute to the Bank’s overall goals.
• Contribute to the achievement of the IT Production & Technology Enablement Department’s KPIs.

Persyaratan

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT field.
• Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Business, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset, especially in AI technologies and digital banking trends.
• Familiar with cloud services, API integration, and AI/ML tools and platforms.
• Solid understanding of security principles, data privacy, and secure coding or secure configuration practices.
