IT Technical Writter

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: D3/S1 in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Technical Writer or in a similar role.

• Experienced in preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), Software Development Documentation, and User Manuals.

• Able to understand technical concepts, system architecture, workflows, and software development processes.

• Experienced in documenting APIs, system integrations, database structures, and application functionalities.

• Able to translate complex technical information into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiar with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Have strong writing, communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Able to collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and validate technical information.

• Willing to work onsite in Jakarta.
