IT System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Server Installation, Configuration and management (Physical, Esxi, and Virtual)

• Backup and Recovery (Knowledge performing server backup and restoring procedure)

• Server Maintenance and Monitoring (inclusive Robotic library)

• Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, NLB (Window), AD and Forest knowledge, GPO, Terminal Server/RDS, Print Server, File Server, Symantec Veritas Backup and also review and server patching activities for both physical and virtual

• Microsoft Exchange managing user mailbox, share mailbox analogy, manage user accounts and permissions in exchange, Monitor Exchange server performance and ensure availability, Restore Exchange data from backups as needed

• Managing Active Directory objects related to Exchange, such as user accounts and distribution group.

• Working closely with other IT teams/support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to messaging services.

• Adminiters monitors, configures virtual or guest host utilizing vcenter.

• Routine Monitor system and application performance to detect errors in early stage

• have project responsibilities.

• Responsible for sharing 24 X 7 on call ritation duties with other team members
