IT System Analyst Insurance Industry

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
• Work with business users, IT teams, and vendors to develop system solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
• Support insurance applications such as policy, underwriting, claims, billing, and customer systems.
• Coordinate with developers during system development and implementation.
• Prepare and support SIT and UAT testing.
• Analyze system issues and coordinate solutions with the IT team.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Ensure systems meet business requirements and company standards.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree (Strata-1) from respectable Universities with major in Informatics, Electrical, Economic, Management, Engineering
• Minimum 2-year professional experience as a Systems Analyst or Developer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with software development and documentation (FSD, TSD, SRS, UML diagrams)
• Have experience designing Web and mobile applications consist of Front-end and Back-end system (.Net, Java)
• Understanding Data Management such as MSSQL and DB2
• Having experience in AS400 is advantage
• Having experience in WEB / Mobile App
• Have knowledge in financial industry or Insurance industry is advantage.
