IT Support - Helpdesk

About the role

PT Candi Argo Joyo is looking for a skilled and motivated IT professional to join our team as a Dispatch Engineer, based on-site in Cilegon, Banten.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Windows OS installation, troubleshooting, and patching

• Diagnose, repair, and replace PC hardware components

• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and network cabling

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word

• Provide basic Active Directory administration, including user accounts, Group Policy, and file/print servers

• Manage endpoint security, including antivirus, system updates, and compliance checks

• Maintain IT asset inventory, including PCs and other IT equipment

About you

• Basic knowledge of FortiGate firewall configuration and troubleshooting is an advantage
