About the role

This is an IT Support / IT Operational role responsible for maintaining and supporting the organisation's IT infrastructure and end-user systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on hardware, software, and office networks

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and employees

• Install, configure, and update new software and hardware devices

• Manage and ensure network security and data backup system availability

• Manage IT asset inventory and document all issue resolutions

About you

• Minimum D3 or S1 qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations

• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting (PC, laptop, printer, and other IT assets)

• Understanding of basic computer networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Mikrotik, Router, Switch, IP Addressing, Subnetting)

• Experience with installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)

• Knowledge of Active Directory management, corporate email systems (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365), and IT inventory systems

• Understanding of basic data backup and restore concepts and information security (cybersecurity/antivirus)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication skills with a service-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
