IT Specialist

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure, or a similar position.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, PC and laptop troubleshooting, and standard office applications.

• Basic knowledge of networking, including LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with server monitoring, Active Directory, NAS storage, and virtual server environments is an advantage.

• Experience troubleshooting printers, CCTV/NVR systems, and production-related applications is preferred.

• Familiarity with FTP file transfers, data verification, and application-based data uploads is an advantage.

• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Good problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
