IT Product Team Lead

• Define and execute IT product strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (planning, development, launch, enhancement)
• Manage and mentor product team members (Associate to Senior level)
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure product governance, compliance, and risk management

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Master's degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• 6+ years of experience in IT product management, software development, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Specific Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of product management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, product analytics tools)
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design
• Knowledge of data-driven decision making and product metrics
• Basic understanding of IT architecture, APIs, and integrations
• Risk management and compliance awareness in IT products
