IT Manager/ Senior IT Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for overseeing the IT operations across multiple locations within Indonesia (Regional Head). This includes managing applications and IT infrastructure, leading local IT teams, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and delivering consistent IT services aligned with HQ policies and standards.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong IT application and IT technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of regional regulatory and business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL certification or PMP certification is added advantage.

• At least 15+ years of experience in IT operations, project management, or systems architecture, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.

• Extensive experience managing large-scale IT projects — Knowledge of Application (Business application and operation process of Financial and plantation systems), Knowledge of Infrastructure (K non ledge of technical i.e. DOMAIN, AD, RODC. GPO, Exchange.T1‘endMicro, MDM. BackiipExec.), Knowledge of networks i.e. TC P\1P. OS1. VSAT. VPN. Al SCO. FortiNet. Wi Fi, MAC Address. Radio Tower, GSM. VOIP and Expertise in cloud platform – Azure.

• Proven track record in a senior leadership role managing both IT operations and projects.

• Experience managing IT teams of various sizes and leading cross-functional initiatives

• Excellent project management skills, with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English), capable of articulating complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning IT services with business needs and driving long-term technology investments.

• Able to travel within Indonesia

 Project Management

• Extensive experience in managing large, complex IT projects (e.g., cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives).

• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, DevOps).

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., lira, Asana, Microsoft Project).

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), networking, virtualization, storage solutions, and security systems.

• Advanced understanding of JT security, compliance standards, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

• Experience in business continuity planning and disaster recovery strategies.

Strategic Thinking

• Ability to align IT strategy with business goals and evaluate emerging technologies that support business growth.

• Experience managing IT budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.

Communication Skills

• Strong communication skills for presenting complex technical information to executive leadership and stakeholders.

• Exceptional writing skills for creating reports, proposals, and documentation.

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
