IT Developer

Requirements :

1. Education

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant professional certifications or training are an advantage.

2. Technical Skills

Experience developing mobile applications for Android and/or iOS.

Proficiency in at least one mobile development framework/language:

Flutter / Dart

React Native / JavaScript or TypeScript

Kotlin for Android

Swift for iOS

Understanding of UI/UX implementation and responsive mobile design.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.

Understanding of JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, and API error handling.

Experience with Git and version control.

Knowledge of mobile application debugging and performance optimization.

Understanding of application security and secure data handling.

3. Development Practices

Able to translate UI/UX designs from Figma or similar tools into functional mobile interfaces.

Able to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

Familiar with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum development is preferred.

Experience with CI/CD and mobile app deployment is an advantage.

4. Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent project/portfolio experience.

5. Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork.

Able to work with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, and other IT teams.

Detail-oriented, particularly regarding UI consistency and application usability.

Willing to learn new technologies and frameworks.
